Our firm undertakes most aspects of civil litigation and takes criminal cases as well. The firm's litigation work has focused on corporate as well as civil litigation such as shareholder disputes, breach of contracts as well as those relating trade, leasing and loan debts including obtaining injunctions and declaratory orders; employment and labour disputes; land acquisition and landed property disputes; construction claims either by way of arbitration or court proceedings; damage claims for injury to both persons and property against private persons or organizations or against public authorities; assessment of damages. Our litigation work also encompasses criminal litigation.

We conduct litigation, as appropriate, in the Magistrates courts up to, if necessary, the Federal Court; and also, in the Industrial Court and tribunal matters.

Our team of experienced litigators are equipped with the wealth of knowledge and experience to undertake legal suit in a variety of matters.
